Overview
The use of this website is primarily designed for informative related purposes about our company and the organic cacao products that we offer. The use of the e-commerce and shipping functionality of this website is primarily designed for the operations of providing samples to customers. We ship our products worldwide from our factory located in Lima Peru.

Palletization
All pallets are heat-treated ISPM15 stamped and approved for exportation.
Shipment Processing Times
All orders for samples are processed within 2-3 business days, Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
All international shipping of samples is contracted through Fed Ex. The applicable shipping prices and delivery times are calculated automatically at the time of checkout based on customer inputs.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all destination locations within the approved Fed Ex database on the index available for download here.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Organic Rainforest SAC is not responsible for and customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Organic Rainforest SAC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Fed Ex to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds as the products that we supply are perishable food items and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
